Budgets - Thailand

Get a detailed guide to budgeting for your teach abroad journey in Thailand, covering pre-departure costs, orientation week, monthly expenses, and salary expectations.

Our support team will walk you through everything prior to you departing to ensure you have exactly what you need by when you need to have it.

  • Thailand is generally a cheap place to travel to. You should be able to manage on a relatively low budget if necessary.
  • You will be spending at least 1 to 2 months in Thailand before you receive your first paycheck.
  • Although Thailand may appear inexpensive, costs add up and it can be easy to overspend.

  • These values will vary depending on your personal budget and spending habits.
